The Mennonite cheese, is the product of a long tradition. Since their arrival in Chihuahua in northern Mexico some 80 years ago, the Mennonites brought with them an ancient tradition: Cheese making.

Since then they have refined this art, so Mennonite cheese has become a highly prestigious product.

Founded in 1970 in the fertile Namiquipa Valley where the land favors forages that feed dairy cattle. Tradition and technology come together to provide you with a quality product.

Our cheeses and creams are made with 100% pasteurized cow's milk from selected livestock farms in the region and are processed using state-of-the-art technology and the strictest quality and hygiene standards so the consumer may enjoy the delicious flavor and pleasant texture, characteristics that only Mennonite cheeses can provide.
